You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on Rytmify. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Rytmify offers optional premium tiers (Standard at 3.90 CHF/month and Studio at 7.90 CHF/month). All subscription payments, management, and cancellations are handled exclusively through the Google Play Store billing system. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s official refund policies. Premium benefits include unlimited track skips and supporter access; audio streams remain subject to Jamendo catalog delivery (one adaptive stream per track).
The Interactive Guide provides conversational help about Rytmify features (navigation, playlists, Premium, and related in-app topics). It uses third-party cloud technology (OpenAI) via a secure Cloudflare Worker proxy. Responses are for information and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of automated AI responses.
Audio content on Rytmify is sourced from the Jamendo catalog under Creative Commons licensing. Rytmify is not affiliated with Jamendo. Streaming quality is dynamic and depends on catalog availability; we do not guarantee hi-fi or fixed bit-rate streams beyond what Jamendo provides. Redistribution, recording, or modification of streams is prohibited. We may limit skip functionality or other features on free tiers to ensure platform stability (free users are currently limited to 6 skips per hour).
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using Rytmify at any time and delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
